Welcome to J. Bennett Designs, LLC, DBA J. Bennett Designs. By purchasing, using, or interacting with any products, designs, or services provided by J. Bennett Designs, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to the following terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our products or services.

1. General Disclaimer

All products, modifications, and designs provided by the Company are intended for lawful use only. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Sig Sauer, Inc., or any other firearm manufacturer.

2. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and agree that the use, installation, or modification of any products provided by the Company involves inherent risks, including but not limited to property damage, bodily harm or injury, permanent disability or death, and voided warranties from firearm manufacturers (including Sig Sauer, Inc.). By purchasing or using any products from the Company, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with their use, including risks arising from improper installation, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Hold Harmless Agreement

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless J. Bennett Designs, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to the use or misuse of products provided by the Company, any damage, injury, or death resulting from the use of the Company’s products, the voiding of warranties by any third-party manufacturer (including Sig Sauer, Inc.), and the installation, modification, or alteration of products provided by the Company.

4. Limited Warranty

The Company disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility with firearms or firearm accessories, and the preservation of any manufacturer warranties, including those from Sig Sauer, Inc.

That being said, the Company shall honor a limited lifetime warranty with regard to products purchased from the Company. See the FAQ section for details.

5. Returns and Exchanges

JBD will under no circumstances cancel or refund a purchase for a backordered or preordered product. By purchasing a backordered or preordered product, the customer agrees to the stated lead times and accepts that lead times may be extended.

JBD will ONLY offer exchanges in the event of a manufacturer defect. Under no circumstances will JBD exchange or accept a return of a product due to a known/ignored or unforeseen incompatibility with a given weapon system setup.

6. Compliance with Local Laws

It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase, possession, installation, and use of the Company’s products. The Company is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your failure to comply with applicable laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its products or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our products or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Intellectual Property: All designs, trademarks, and related intellectual property associated with J. Bennett Designs products remain the sole property of J. Bennett Designs, LLC, including any derivatives, modifications, or adaptations made by end users.

Export Compliance Notice Export of these products is controlled under the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), pursuant to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Title 15, C.F.R., Parts 730–774. J. Bennett Designs, LLC does not authorize any dealer, distributor, or other third party to export this commodity without prior written authorization. Warranty service and post-sales support will not be provided for unauthorized international exports.

Sales & Export Policy: J. Bennett Designs, LLC restricts the sale, shipment, and transfer of its products to customers located within the United States or in countries listed under Country Group A (A:1 – A:5) of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Part 740, Supp. No. 1).
No exports or transfers are permitted to any other destinations, end users, or intermediaries.

End-User & Export Compliance: By purchasing, the customer certifies that all products will be used solely for lawful civilian purposes within the United States or authorized countries, or for official use by a U.S. federal, state, or local law-enforcement agency or the U.S. military. The customer agrees not to export, re-export, or transfer these items or related technical data to any foreign person or destination without full compliance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. Parts 730–774) and other applicable laws. Unauthorized international exports void warranty and post-sales support.
