So you bought an OMEGA Valve and some jet screws, and you kinda got your system dialed in but feel like you’re still just not quite there with your tuning? I give you: MORE GAS JETS!
Parker Mountain Machine is still your place to go for sizes 1.20mm-2.00mm. But now, you have the ability to really fine tune your system with jets screws from 1.10mm all the way down to an absolutely tiny 0.40mm. That’s tiny.
How do you know if you need one of these? Here’s an example based upon a customer experience: Position 2 with the solid screw is too much gas with your ammo and silencer. You try the PMM 1.20 jet. You experience a blissful recoil impulse, reduced gas, etc., but now the bolt won’t lock. Go to Position 3, now you’re over-gassed a bit again, and but it’ll be easier to dial in with, perhaps, a 1.35 jet.
OR, stay in position 2 and use my 1.00mm jet, and maintain that euphoric shooting experience while eliminating the malfunction. Remember folks, your goal with the OMEGA Valve is to achieve an improved shooting experience with the smallest port you can, while venting as little as possible.
The really small ones in particular are going to be very popular with the 300BLK crowd, especially the folks using high-flow rate or generally weird alien technology silencers (CAT, CGS, etc). The cartridge isn’t very forgiving of a misuse of the little bit of gas it gives you. Use some tiny little jets to make some more careful adjustments!
I am hereby, very loudly and publiclystating, that I am not advising anyone to try these in an FN SCAR 15p, 16, 17, or 20 systems… but I am saying they’ll totally thread into one and at least one customer has used one of these in a SCAR system with success 🙂

It’s great that jake is making these smaller sizes to really fine tune your system. Especially being a left handed rifle shooter, 300 blackout subs can blast you in the face with particulate pretty bad. These jets can help alleviate that

These are machined perfectly. Fit great and work well. I ended up going with the 1.0mm version instead of the ,7mm… but I ordered both. Ended up with lockback with the 1.0mm, so I’ll keep the ,7 in reserve. Buy with confidence!

Just installed a few days ago, had to do a little fitting but was able to install without much effort. Took it out once on my Virtus and tuned it quickly, shoots like a dream. Great upgrade!
