These valves are coated in the Armor Forge Nano Shield HLC coating. They were made in October 2026 as we and Armor Forge continue to work together to refine the coating process and find a way to incorporate their excellent coating into our products while preserving tolerances in critical regions.

IMPORTANT: These valves are NOT perfectly in spec, they measure approximately 0.001″ short in their diameter. As such, they may or may not run unsuppressed or with extremely low pressure ammunition in high flow rate systems.

• These also do NOT include the jet screw or polymer tray. You are getting a valve with a solid screw installed and a wrench.
• Each of these have been test fired on a Rattler LT 6.75″ SBR (see below)
• There may also be cosmetic blemishes, such as scuffs on the cylindrical part of the valve.

These were each fired (once) and achieved last round hold open on the first attempt with the following weapon setup:

• Rattler LT 6.75″ SBR, not lubricated or cleaned within the last 500 rounds
• One of these valves (obviously), Position 4
• Solid screw
• OEM Gas Ring
• OEM cam pin
• CAT RAT COVERT (after previous ultra sonic deep clean)
• Hornady Sub-X 190gr
• Lancer 300BLK Specific 30rd Black Magazine

Do not purchase this thinking you will have 100% functionality with low pressure ammo. Sub-X was chosen for the test as it is known to be a common low pressure load. Winchester 200gr Super Suppressed maintained 100% functionality in Setting 3 in the four valves that failed this test.

The game changing gas regulator, evolved.

The original OMEGA Valve Mod. 1 was the first tunable gas valve for the Sig Sauer MCX. It was designed with the sole purpose of enhancing the shooting experience while using a silencer, and it accomplished that purpose very, very well.

MKII accomplishes the same goal, but with nearly a year of end-user feedback in mind. This is what perfection looks like. Mod. 2 MKII specifically has been dramatically redesigned to better fulfill the desires of 300BLK shooters.

1. The OMEGA Valve Mod. 2 MKII features a redesigned indexing flange and aggressive knob texture to make rotating the valve within the gas block FAR easier, allowing the user to change gas positions on the fly with ease.
2. It utilizes extended gas flow paths to delay entry of the gas into the expansion chamber of the Valve, slowing down the cycling of the rifle. The OMEGA Valve Mod. 2 MKII has dramatically redesigned gas ports to allow greater reliability with a wider range of subsonic ammunition and silencers than it’s predecessor.
3. It utilizes Parker Mountain Machine SCAR gas jet screws, allowing the user to vent excess gas out of the front of the OMEGA Valve. Also available are my own Micro Jet Screws to allow even finer tuning of your system!

Finally, the OMEGA Valve Mod. 2 MKII operational capacity has been adjusted to enhance the suppressed 300BLK experience.

NOTE: The following is a generalized summary concocted with the use of the CAT RAT COVERT, CAT JL, and Diligent Defense Enticer-L.

• Position 1: OFF (ø) (you wanted quiet time… here it is)
• Position 2: Higher-powered supersonic ammunition
• Position 3: Lesser-powered supersonic, higher powered subsonic ammunition
• Position 4: Lesser-powered subsonic ammunition.

We have the OFF mode now. You wanted supreme quiet time. Here it is.

NOTE: Silencer and ammo still makes a difference, but most subsonic ammunition should fire without opening the bolt in the OFF Position. Some supersonic ammunition may still open the bolt.

When dialed in correctly, the OMEGA Valve will transform your experience with the Sig MCX. You will experience a softer recoil impulse, a less severe at-ear sound signature (when shooting with a silencer), and marginally reduced exposure to toxic gas, regardless of what ammunition and silencer you choose to use. Please note that the OMEGA Valve was designed to tune suppressed performance. Satisfactory results may be possible in the unsuppressed state, but this was never the goal. Simply put: exceedingly under-powered ammunition may not function properly without the use of the silencer. Please see the FAQ section for notes on silencer and ammunition compatibility.

This model is compatible with the Sig Sauer MCX Virtus, Rattler, Spear LT, and Rattler LT line of 300BLK rifles.
